Founder of MINROM, Oscar is qualified in mineral resource management and has over 30 years of extensive experience. He holds an MSc in Geology, a Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering and a MPhil in Environmental Management. Oscar performed fundamental functions within Gold Fields of South Africa and BHP Billiton. He is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and is a Fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).

Graham Duncan
Graham Duncan is a senior geologist specialising in GIS analyses and mineral resource geology. He holds a BSc in Geography and Geology and a BSc (Hons) in Geology (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a Citation in Geostatistics from the University of Alberta. Graham has experience in numerous commodities including base metals, precious metals, several critical metals, and gemstones. He is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA) and the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM).

Jaco is a senior geologist specialising in exploration geology. Jaco holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Stellenbosch University and an MSc in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University. Jaco has experience in numerous commodities including base metals, several critical metals and precious metals. Jaco’s commodity experience is predominantly related to copper, cobalt, iron, manganese, gold and graphite. Jaco is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA), the Geological Society of Namibia (GSN) and the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG).

Elmar Human
Elmar is a senior geologist who holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Stellenbosch University. Elmar has experience in copper, cobalt, chrome, graphite, gold, manganese, lithium and tantalite, and has worked across several African jurisdictions. Elmar has several years’ experience on active mines where he gained experience in all aspects of mine geology including grade control, belt sampling, on-site laboratory setup, resource demarcation, and face mapping. Elmar is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).

Sean Nieman
Sean is a senior geologist specialising in geological modelling and resource geology. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg, the Certificate in Advanced Mine Valuation from the Chamber of Mines of South Africa and a BCom in Financial Management from the University of South. Sean is experienced in the mining industry and has been an integral team member in the execution of exploration projects, mineral resource evaluations and related capital projects. He is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).

Tristan Stuck
Tristan is a project geologist and hydrogeologist who holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch as well as an MSc (cum laude) in Metamorphic Geology from the University of Cape Town. Tristan has experience in both the hydrogeology and mineral exploration fields. He has worked on various groundwater projects involving drilling, borehole construction, test (aquifer) pumping, sampling, and analysis as well as groundwater modelling in Modflow and FEFLOW. Tristan is a member of the South African Geological Society (GSSA) and is registered as a Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP.
