Founder of MINROM, Oscar is qualified in mineral resource management and has over 30 years of extensive experience. He holds an MSc in Geology, a Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering and a MPhil in Environmental Management. Oscar performed fundamental functions within Gold Fields of South Africa and BHP Billiton. He is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP, a Competent Person to declare manganese resources and is a Fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).

Graham Duncan
Graham Duncan is a senior geologist specialising in GIS analyses and mineral resource geology. He holds a BSc in Geography and Geology and a BSc (Hons) in Geology (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a Citation in Geostatistics from the University of Alberta. Graham has experience in numerous commodities including base metals, precious metals, several critical metals, and gemstones. He is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA) and the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM).
Jaco van den Berg
Jaco is a senior geologist specialising in exploration geology. Jaco holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Stellenbosch University and an MSc in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University. Jaco has experience in numerous commodities including base metals, several critical metals and precious metals. Jaco’s commodity experience is predominantly related to copper, cobalt, iron, manganese, gold and graphite. Jaco is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA), the Geological Society of Namibia (GSN) and the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG).
